Kongsberg OE15-102 Low Light Black & White Camera
The oe15-102/103 underwater CCD camera is the first to offer full SIT performance without the need for an image intensifier.
The oe15-102/103 uses a cooled solid-state CCD sensor incorporating Advanced Readout Technology, which gives a significantly higher output signal and much improved Signal-to-Noise, in the Blue/Green light region, vitally important for underwater use.
Since the new camera does not use an intensifier, the sensor-life of the camera is dramatically improved. This significantly reduces the through-life costs of ownership compared to a conventional intensified low-light camera.
The operating cost benefit is achieved without sacrificing any light sensitivity or image quality.
