The name change is part of a global growth strategy which aims to see the company double in size in the next few years. That we were able to attract high calibre US companies to the Scotland Pavilion to meet with our companies really underlines the value of taking part in these key industry events in overseas markets.
“All credit to the management team at STR; the fact that they quickly followed up introductory meetings to agree a deal with CDI within only a few months will, I’m sure, have played a big part in securing this result.
“These shows play a key role in helping Scottish companies to broaden their horizons by providing a ‘safe environment’ to explore overseas markets and make valuable international connections. So I would encourage any company considering international trade to get in touch to find out about how we can support them.”
