The ARIS Explorer 1800 delivers image clarity that is unmatched by any other sonar in its class. At 1.8 MHz, this imaging sonar provides detail sufficient for thorough inspection.
At the lower frequency of 1.1 MHz, the ARIS Explorer 1800’s clarity makes it an appropriate tool for detecting targets with high resolution up to 35 meters. The near-video quality images are presented through powerful and innovative software. The ARIS Explorer 1800 is ideally suited for an array of applications; from fisheries management to detecting and inspecting underwater structures and targets.
The high resolution of the ARIS makes it an excellent choice for military and law enforcement uses such as hull and berth sweeps, search and rescue, and port security. Teamed with the available ARIS Rotator AR2, the sonar can be easily and accurately aimed and allows for pan/tilt or tilt/roll.
